Everything is working so far and the package arrived earlier than I expected. It works well with my Android phone, and it has wireless connection with my laptop.

Item was not bubble wrapped like you promised~
I'm giving this a 2 star cuz of the way it was handled. I was hesitant to buy this because the courier you use (J&T) is known to mishandle packages, you guys said you will tell your warehouse to add additional bubble wrap on my order. As you can see on the images here;
there not even a single sheet of bubble wrap covering the box. The box is very flimsy and inside there's not even a foam protecting the tablet inside like on the Artist 12 I ordered before (also not bubble wrapped). Furthermore, the box has dents on almost all its edges so you could tell they tossed this around a bunch.
I've already tested the tablet and it works fine when it is connected via USB but whenever I try using it wirelessly, it lags (kinda beats the point of getting a wireless drawing tab)
I'm not sure if that's normal or J&T damaged this Item.
ngl, this sucks~ I need this tablet to work wirelessly.. I'm just putting this review here for when this tablet suddenly stops working or when the lag becomes unmanageable..

It is our warehouse mistakes forgot to add extra package as you requested. Sorry for that.
We know J&T has some complaint for shipping, but our product provide warranty for all shipping issue.
Besides that, all of our tablet packed in this standard package, sometimes there maybe has dent for some package, but no one of them has defects because of this.
For your lag issue under wireless status, please check with our tech, if it is our products issue, we provide warranty service, thanks for your time.
