I love the Product!
Bought this one with 20% off a was happy that I bought it. I am using it now but still practicing on changing some of my drawing habits because I came from a drawing tab. Buying this as my first display tablet was a treat. The installation was kinda confusing but I manage to solve some of its problem.
1 issue tho is that I can't seem to use an App Paintool sai. I followed the instructions from the manual and other fixes from youtube but still can't draw to the app. And when I do open the said app, the pen won't work but restarting my laptop will reset the issue. It's kinda inconvenient, but nonetheless I can still use other apps like photoshop/Krita, but was disappointed to know that I can't use painttool Sai, cuz that's the main app I use.
But overall i am satisfied with the product
-It might have some parallax but doesn't bother me that much
-The unit was easy to calibrate
-Shipping was fast it got here 10 days from the day it was ordered
-The unit is sturdy and looks so highly expensive built
-All freebies are present
-The unit works well on other specific apps, (I think it's not compatible with SAI idk)
-Great for Digital Graphic Art and Animations!

This is Neat!
As i received the product, i have to compliment the safety of this delivery.
As i inspect everything it looks very solid and very on point on the view, the colors of the screen are really visible compared to my usual monitor, and last but not least the sensitivity works very well and has a great quality on it.
In all, it works very well. and i had seen no issues so far.

Im quite interested with this product, but my only concern is about the wire connectors. my computer is quite an old model and it doesnt seem to have a usb-c connector in it. does the artist 13 2nd gen support it? also include the 12 2nd gen in this question since Im also reconsidering it

We think your can connect it with your PC by 3-in-1 cable, USB and HDMI cable connection.
As type C connection only support with port has thunderbolt function, please check.
