Hi XP Pen, is there a cash-on-delivery option with this Artist 24 Pro? I actually tried selecting that option but it does not allow me so I ended up ordering Artist 22R Pro since it has COD option.

Is it possible to upgrade my order from Artist 22R Pro to Artist 24 Pro? If it is possible, then I will not open the package when Artist 22R Pro arrives so it will remain as brand new. I will appreciate your response.

For type C cable , it support type C to type C connection directly and do not need to connect other cable like HDMI.

If you do not have type C port, then you can use our USB cable and HDMI cable to connect desktop.

Hello, I am planning to buy this product hopefully in the near future. I have a Nitro 5 AN515-52 laptop, it has a GeForce GTX 1050, I currently have 2 RAMs which has a total of 8GB RAM (I am planning on buying and replacing one of the RAMs with a 12GB RAM to have a total of 16GB), and its highest display resolution is 1920 x 1080. It has a USB-C and HDMI port. But, the Artist Display 24 Pro has a 2K QHD graphics display. Can I still connect this to my laptop and make it work? If yes, will I still have the 2K QHD graphics display, or will it have a 1920 x 1080 graphics display instead? If no, should I buy the Artist Display 22R Pro instead? Thank you.

Because your laptop graphic card is only support 1920x1080, it only can see 1920x1080 on graphics display.

So we suggested you to buy Artist 22R Pro instead of Artist 24Pro.

I am a 24 Pro user, YES! you can still connect to your laptop even it has 1080 resolution, however, 24 Pro's display will adjust according to your laptop's display recommended settings. It's up to you if you prefer the 22 or 24 versions, I suggest for 24 Pro so that in the future if you already have an upgrade PC, you can maximize the beauty of having a very large display of a pen tablet.

PLEASE KINDLY GIVE UP USING "SF Express" TO DELIVER PRODUCTS TO HONG KONG CUSTOMERS.
I have ordered the XP PEN 24 Pro and XPPEN sent out the product the next day which really surprised me. Then it arrived the SF Express warehouse@Hong Kong the next day. So I guessed I can receive the product the next day. However, I have waited for 3 days and it is now still in the warehouse!!!! SF Express is like rubbish in Hong Kong. Their delivery is super slow and it always disappoints their customers. And the delivery fee is the most expensive among those in HK!!! So please kindly try to use other company other than SF Express! The delivery really ruined my shopping experience on XPPEN.
